What this website collects

This website has no contact forms, no analytics and no advertising trackers, and it does not set cookies. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

When you contact us

If you email us or book a call, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, email address, business details and what you need. We use it only to reply, to prepare a proposal and, if we work together, to deliver your project. Under the GDPR, the legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and performing that contract.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to answer you and, if you become a client, for the duration of the project and the periods required by tax and accounting law.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We use a small number of service providers, such as our hosting and email providers, who process data on our behalf.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use, by emailinghello@builtfirststudio.com. If you are in the EU, you can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro).
